The Rabies Challenge Fund

Dog caregivers across the country are becoming increasingly aware that over-vaccination can have harmful effects - the rabies vaccine is no exception.

Two world-renowned giants of veterinary vaccine research -- Dr. W. Jean Dodds of Hemopet and Dr. Ronald Schultz of the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine – have volunteered their time to ensure that critical rabies challenge studies are conducted in the United States. The goal is to demonstrate scientifically that the required interval for rabies boosters can be extended to 5 to 7 years. The studies will be financed by The Rabies Challenge Fund Charitable Trust, a tax-exemption organization founded in 2005 by pet vaccine disclosure advocate Kris L. Christine of Maine.

GlobalDog wholeheartedly supports this effort. Two designs* produced exclusively for the RCF are available on T shirts, tote bags and mouse pads. All profits for RCF gear including labor costs will be donated to the Rabies Challenge Fund.
